If making your own snacks is intimidating, our Apple Brie Prosciutto Roll Ups are the perfect place to start. And anyone who says they can't cook is in luck---because there's no cooking! This recipe is basically a mini charcuterie bite in your pocket.
The salty-sweet combo with a satisfying crunch is always a hit on the skintrack, and they take just minutes to prepare.
Feel free to sub in pears or any type of apple, and experiment with different cheeses too. A nice sharp cheddar is great in place of Brie. Definitely bring them in a small hard-sided container to prevent them from all smushing together!
Ingredients:
1 large apple (Pink Lady is my favorite)
8 slices of prosciutto, halved
4 oz. brie cheese
Directions:
Slice apple and brie into similar size pieces.
Stack apple and brie and wrap each stack with a half slice of prosciutto.
Store in an airtight container for up to four days.
